ADHD Assessment Feedback- Face to Face
Service Description
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) assessment involves a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which includes evaluating attention span, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, reviewing questionnaires, and preparing an assessment report with treatment recommendations. The feedback meeting will be approximately 60 mins long (face to face or remotely). You will receive a report beforehand, and the diagnosis and treatment plan (including medication if needed) will be discussed at the feedback meeting. A detailed report, which could be shared with the GP and school to provide advice on how best to support your child, will be sent to you within 30 working days following the feedback meeting
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of your child's appointment. I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes, enabling us to offer the slot to another patient. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee, refundable if you opt not to reschedule. For rescheduling, kindly inform myself at least one working day in advance. Rescheduling within one working day will incur a £50 charge. Please be aware that the £50 cancellation fee ensures the payment for the hospital consultation room, sustaining my commitment to quality patient care.
