Service Description
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) assessment involves a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which includes evaluating attention span, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, reviewing questionnaires, and preparing an assessment report with treatment recommendations. In addition, During the ADHD Assessment First Meeting, I will meet with the parents and the child and will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This evaluation includes assessing ADHD symptoms, reviewing developmental and family history, evaluating any other potential psychiatric difficulties, and assessing the mental state.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of your child's appointment. I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes, enabling us to offer the slot to another patient. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee, refundable if you opt not to reschedule. For rescheduling, kindly inform myself at least one working day in advance. Rescheduling within one working day will incur a £50 charge. Please be aware that the £50 cancellation fee ensures the payment for the hospital consultation room, sustaining my commitment to quality patient care.
